This policy explains how the Chrome extension “X AI Reply Generator” (“the Service”) handles personal information.

2. Information we collect

• Account details (email address and authentication data used to sign in)
• The text of the X post you choose to reply to
• Usage counts, plan (Free / Premium), and billing identifiers needed for payment
• Technical data needed to run the extension (session, error details)

We do not store passwords in plain text in the extension. Authentication uses Supabase Auth. Credit card numbers are not stored by the Service. Stripe processes payments.

1. How we use it

• Generating English replies
• Sign-in, plan checks, and free-usage limits
• Paid-plan billing, cancellation, and support
• Preventing abuse and improving the Service

1. Sharing with others To generate a reply, the post text is sent to these providers:

• Supabase (accounts, plans, usage counts, relay server)
• OpenAI (reply generation)
• Stripe (paid-plan billing)

Post text is sent only as needed to generate a reply. We do not collect your X timeline. Generated text is posted only after you review and send it yourself. The Service does not auto-post.

1. Retention Account and billing data is kept while you use the Service and as required by law. We delete it within a reasonable time if you close your account or ask for support to do so.
